Propuesta de Supply Chain Management y Logística para la empresa pastelería Multipan

El presente proyecto, tiene como finalidad dar a conocer las falencias existentes y las acciones más acordes a realizar en la compañía Pastelería Multipan, dando a conocer el nivel de importancia y los beneficios que traen la creación e implementación de herramientas y tecnologías dentro del marco de la logística y la cadena de suministro dentro de la industria alimenticia tanto en los procesos de fabricación de un producto desde su inicio hasta el final, como en la gestión y compra de las materias primas, en el modelo de inventarios de productos alimenticios y su adecuado transporte hacia el cliente final, de igual manera destacar la relevancia de aplicar las nuevas tecnologías en pro de mejorar significativamente los diferentes centros de distribución y los departamentos que contribuyen en la disminución de costos en la cadena de suministro, como también la clara participación que tiene el estado en cuanto a la ayuda y mejora de los factores de la cadena de suministro en las empresas a nivel nacional para que estas se mantengan activas en el mercado.The purpose of this project is to make known the existing shortcomings and the most appropriate actions to be carried out in the company Pastelería Multipan, making known the level of importance and the benefits that the creation and implementation of tools and technologies bring within the framework of logistics and the supply chain within the food industry both in the manufacturing processes of a product from its beginning to the end, as well as in the management and purchase of raw materials, in the model of inventories of food products and their adequate transportation to the final customer, likewise highlighting the relevance of applying new technologies in favor of significantly improving the different distribution centers and departments that contribute to reducing costs in the supply chain, as well as the clear participation that the state regarding the help and improvement of the factors of the supply chain in the company’s at the national level so that they remain active in the market
